THE LEAGUE HAS BEEN A LONGTIME PROPONENT OF AFFORDABLE QUALITY HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS. WHEN CONGRESS OR THE ADMINISTRATION ATTEMPTED TO ROLL BACK COVERAGE, THE LEAGUE WAS OUTSPOKEN IN OUR COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT AND OPPOSE ANY LEGISLATION THAT WOULD TAKE AWAY SERVICES OR INCREASE COSTS OF HEALTH CARE. Associate members are all others who join the league. The convention is made up of voting members of the league. Delegates to the Convention are voting members of the League. Each delegate representing a League shall be entitled to vote only if that League has met its per member payment responsibilities.
