He acts as a guide for the spouses of our members (state university presidents or chancellors) on these trips. The outcome of the employee's evaluation determines the level of merit increase received. During the Spring Board Meeting, the Board reviews all compensation requests and establishes compensation increases through Board vote, which is then documented in the minutes of the meeting.
