Job Clubs, Set for Success and Face Forward are three programs under Knoxworx that work to achieve these goals. In 2017, 241 unemployed adults were served and 41 new job placements were made through Set for Success training sessions. 138 at-risk youth received intervention and supportive services that helped them complete their education and acquire valuable job skills. 38 of these youth received PACT Construction Training and certification during a 12 week cohort or other industry-specific certifications.
