PURSUANT TO THE GIFT AGREEMENT, THE FOUNDATION AGREED TO CARE FOR AND DISPLAY THIS ARTWORK FOR A PERIOD OF NO LESS THAN THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF OWNERSHIP.
