Form 990, Part XII, Line 2: Change of Oversight or Selection Process SFCASA's Board of Directors approved a resolution to form an Audit Committee in June 2017. The Audit Committee will be responsible for 1) making recommendations to the Board on the retention and termination of an independent auditor, 2) conferring with the auditor to satisfy committee members that financial affairs are in order, 3) reviewing the audit and deciding whether to accept it, and 4) approving non-audit services by an independent certified public accounting firm. Prior to the establishment of the Audit Committee, SFCASA's Finance Committee oversaw these duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Board of Directors.
