TDS maintained and managed ACCR's finances and human resources during 2016. In 2017, ACCR applied for and was granted 501(c)(3) public charity tax-exempt status. For 2017 ACCR continued to operate as a project of TDS. TDS and ACCR will each file a 2018 Form 990.
