There were 45 mentor-mentee relationships during the year, representing 24 active mentors and 45 mentees. College campuses in which students were mentored included: Cedarville University, Duke University, Southern Methodist University, Stanford University, University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, Monterey Peninsula College, University of Arkansas, and Western Michigan University. Additionally, the Organization mentored young professionals in the following metropolitan areas: Spokane, Boston, San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, Raleigh-Durham, Dallas, Seattle. Internationally, the Organization also provided mentoring service in Japan.Seven cohorts of mentor training were provided throughout the year, resulting in a total of 70 individuals who completed the training. Additionally, training wasprovided for six individuals at Christ Church in San Francisco. 37944 8075 Alumni Services:---------------Two alumni Mens Gatherings took place in the spring serving a total of 47 alumni and guestsone on the East Coast (17 participants) and one on the West Coast (30 participants). Mentoring, counseling, and life coaching were also provided to alumni throughout the year. 1905 2900 Speaking and Training Programs:------------------------------A total of six speaking and training events took place during the year, with 241 individuals in attendance. A number of staff from Christ Church in downtown San Francisco participated in an Overview of Mentor Training (4/18) with plans of implementing aspects of the training into their church. The Organization also worked with pastoral and lay leaders in Reality Church of San Francisco throughout the year in LEI mentor training and establishing mentoring relationships. Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process A draft version of Form 990 is reviewed by the Officers of the Organization in advance of filing. Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts The Organizations conflict of interest policy requires all members of the governing body to affirm, in a signed statement on an annual basis, his or her commitment to the following standards:1. At all times the members activities with the Organization will be conducted in such a manner so as not advance or protect personal interests or those of related parties; nor will such activities serve to the detriment of the Organization or its mission.2. At all times the conduct of activities where the Organization is represented will be undertaken in a manner that best promotes the interest of the Organization.3. At any time that the governing body will vote upon an issue that could favorably impact the members financial interest or those of related parties, the member will disclose the relationship, will not participate in discussion of the issue, and will abstain from voting on the matter.4. At any time a conflict of interest or the potential of such arises, the member will disclose the matter to the President or to the Chairman.
