All key jobs are benchmarked to local, regional, and national data to develop and maintain salary ranges, job descriptions and grade chart and approved by the board as part of the compensation program. Annual performance reviews for key employees and non-key employees are conducted by their direct supervisors and establish salaries in the segments of the approved range consistent with performance.
