Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3 The school contracted with a management company, Cambridge Education Group, to provide certain operational functions and management services. After the review of the Form 990, it is provided to the Board of Directors' legal counsel for review. Once completed, it is then provided to the Board President for review and to the Treasurer for signature and filing.
