When we refinanced Cordoba in 2016 and Georgetown in 2017, we cleared all earned Developer Fee accounts after receiving most of the Developer Fee at closing. Since we bought out our limited partners in that transaction, AHV was entitled to 100% of net proceeds and profits from both properties; therefore it was unnecessary to continue to carry a developer fee balance. Same goes for the Consulting Fee payables that were paid or refinanced at each of the closing. Specifically, Continue Part 2 of 2In April, 2017, $65,000 of long term liabilities was reduced, specifically it reduced Georgetown Consulting Fee that was due to Elliot Stone from $1,1650,000 to $1,100,000, which the $1,100.000 was fully paid to him at the refinance in April 2017. He wrote off the $65k since we had two conflicting agreements and he agreed with the lower fee.In Nov 2016, there was a journal entry resulting in a $191,569 reduction of liability that showed up as Other Income. It occurred by clearing two accounts as a result of the refinance that took place in November 23, 2016. After the refinance payments were made, we zeroed out the Cordoba Developer Fee receivable of $480,540 and the Cordoba Consulting Fee payable of $672,000.
