PCA partners with public high schools as a "safe-place" to grow and learn as an emerging adult. PCA provides leadership training through Georgia State University's Fanning Institute, funds extra curricular activities, sports, clubs, tutoring, college application fees, and uniforms for required activities. PCA also provides classes on budgeting, credit counseling, tax knowledge, and saving/investing in thier futures. At the end of each program, participants are given the opportunity to win a scholarship via essay submission that is chosen by PCA's Board of Directors.
