The personnel policies address conflicts of interest for staff members and these are provided to the staff members during orientation when hired. Personnel policies are reviewed annually normally in July. CEO executive director top management comp Part VI line 15a Data is compiled related to the President/CEOs current salary and benefits, years of service, responsibilities, and accomplishments. This data along with comparability data from other local agencies is used by the executive committee to determine the compensation package for the President/CEO. The executive committee of the board of directors conducts an annual performance review with the President/CEO and all relevant data is properly reviewed, approved, and documented.
