The Squire Patton Boggs Foundation was the surviving corporation of the merger. As a result of the merger, the remaining funds from the SS&D Foundation (a public charity under 509(a)(1)) was contributed to the Squire Patton Boggs Foundation and that amount, $64,909 is included in contribution income. The contribution income is reported on the 990, page 9, part Viii, Line 1F.
