Currently, over 50 individuals participate in the mentoring program, 8 plus participate in the monthly conference calls, approximately 71 members participated in a "Spiritual Leadership Institute Class" which met 2 days over 8 separate sessions, approximately 9 participants attended Christ Ambassador classes which met in 7 sessions, approximately 33 couples participated in 6 regional dinners, over 40 attended the Entrust event for next generation key leaders, and over 200 attended the annual national forum. The CEO Forum programs in Asia impacted 1,500 business leaders across several cities. CEO Forum seeks to encourage, equip and educate its members through monthly devotionals, monthly President's Report, a members only web-site, and through on-going, regular consistent, personal contact via office visits, phone calls, emails, texts, and handwritten notes. The return was reviewed in detail by the Director of Financial Operations and then sent to the Board for their review before being filed with the IRS. Any potential conflicts of interest identified are brought to the board's attention and the member with a conflict excuses himself from the decision making process. The remaining board members then vote to decide whether the transaction is in the best interests of the organization. Board members and officers are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest on an annual basis which are reviewed by the VP/Board Secretary.
