We sold the ranch property in 2017 and leased a home that is closer to jobs and colleges, which the over 18 need access to.The selling price was $1,300,000. Furniture, ranch equipment, and a van sold for $29,703. The book loss after deducting selling expenses and asset adjusted basis was -$291,918.
