The officers of the Council shall be nominated and elected to office from among the delegates. Election of officers shall be held every three years on the regular meeting night in January. The officers of the Council shall be elected from among the delegates to this Council and they must be a qualified building tradesmen. Elections shall be by secret ballot and simple majority shall be required for election.
