See Schedule O for additional information. - In partnership with LISC in the 31st and Troost priority area secured agreement among multiple stakeholders around a shared vision for a mixed use, mixed income area unique in character with enhanced safety and locally owned businesses; - In partnership with LISC engaged BNIM architectural firm to work with the stakeholders to complete a revitalization scenario for the area. - Recommended revisions to the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Tax Abatement Application for single family home owners. Recommendations accepted and implemented. 117463 Education: - Kansas City Neighborhood Academy enrollment for the 2017-18 school year reached 200 Pre-Kindergarten through third grade students.
