The Business Manager and Ranch Director review the 990 draft for accuracy, recommend revisions or approve the draft. The 990 is then finalized by the CPA. The Treasurer or any other officer of the board is requested to review the 990 prior to filing. All Ranch officers and directors are provided with a copy of the tax return prior to filing. Activities are regularly monitored for compliance with the policy.
