Officer directors etc family relationship Part VI line 2 The Rushville State Bank is the corporate trustee of the Foundation, per the Foundations governing documents. Two of the officers of the trustee, Linda Butler, Vice President and Trust Officer, and Gregg Rougge, President, serve on the Foundations governing body consistent with the governing documents. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 Under the Foundations governing documents, it is administered by an institutional trustee, the Rushville State Bank, and it is the responsibility of the corporate trustee to review and file the return. Two of the members of the Foundations governing body are officers of the Rushville State Bank, and both review the return as required. The remaining governing body members generally do not review the return, since its preparation and filing is the responsibility of the corporate trustee. Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The Foundation does not routinely make its governing documents and financial statements available to the public. Because the Foundation has a corporate trustee with fiduciary duties, the Foundation also does not have a conflict of interest policies
