Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 For the ED and other employee, the Board was advised by an outside, recruiters from the non-profit sector to ensure that compensation was reasonable. For the ED salary, it was established in 2015 and it has not been done again since, but the ED salary has not change since then. For the other employee it was established in 2016 and she is no longer with the organization. The Board reviewed and approved compensation decisions.
