The organization provides a 360 degree feedback program that includes assessments from external stakeholders including clients and partners. The board receives these external evaluations of the president. All other employees provide the President with an extensive self-evaluation that are then used by him as the basis for in-person annual reviews. Salaries are determined according to board of directors guidelines after reviewing the summaries of both these internal and external evaluations, as well as salary surveys collected from 990s of comparable organizations. Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees Key employees undergo a 360-review process that includes reviews by their peers, supervisees, the President, and external reviewers.
