OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: The Disaster Recovery Case Management program assisted 11,770 individuals in recovering from the impact of Hurricane Harvey. Through Disaster Recovery Services 3,183 families with 5,252 unmet needs were served, and the Home Repair program helped 989 eligible families with home repairs and completed 642 homes in 2018.
