Because the Organization is a public charity, contributions to it may be deductible for tax purposes. U.S. Federal returns and Minnesota returns for the prior three fiscal years are closed. No returns are currently under examination in any tax jursidiction. Management believes that it is not reasonably possible for any tax position benefits to increase or decrease significantly over the next 12 months.
