Pt VI, Line 12c All members of the Board of Directors and key employees are required to report any potential conflicts of interest on an annual basis and when circumstances change, the potential conflicts reported are reviewed and an appropriate action such as recusing the individual from voting on the conflicted matter is decided by the Board of Directors.
