To support our District's efforts in this arena, the Foundation invests in instructional training and pilot programs that enhance the curriculum adoption and refresh process. We also support innovative, relevant and impactful programs at the classroom level by funding classroom grants. Our classroom grants provide real world experiences through field trips and hands-on activities while providing the opportunity for students to practice creative and critical thinking skills. We fund projects that inspire creativity, encourage fitness, and celebrate music and the arts and emergent opportunities that make learning real for students. 78525 75895 0 LIFELONG SUCCESS - Central to the mission of the Foundation is ensuring that students graduate with the skills and confidence needed to be successful after graduation. Through coordination of district-wide career fairs and actively recruiting adult volunteers to interact with students in a variety of programs, the Foundation provides the opportunity for students to connect with adults and role models beyond the classroom. Priority projects funded by this initiative prepare students to attend post-secondary instruction, career-focused exploration, as well as the ability, and drive to mature into productive and engaged citizens. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 An annual review is conducted by the Human Resource committee of the foundation. Performance is measured by industry standards in a consistent evaluation form. Annual goals are established with supervisor and evaluated annually as well. Self-assessment and supervisor assessment are completed separately. The parties come together and use a matrix to determine overall job performance. Bonuses are calculated based on a matrix of measurable results above goals and budget. Results are discussed with the executive committee and reported to the board at an executive meeting.
