Management evaluated the Organization's tax positions and concluded that the Organization has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of the Income Taxes Topic of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification. The Organization believes it does not meet any filing requirements for the Form 990-T and, accordingly, has not filed a Form 990-T.
