Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 Monitoring Process: 1) All entities that received a grant were informed about the monitoring process and were also trained in a mandatory seminar that they received regarding the process and compliance with the same. 2) A template was developed for the compliance report with a progress report and a budget or expense report for monitoring of each project. 3) Each entity is required to submit a compliance report every three months until the project is complete. 4) The entities received a technical assistant if needed in order to complete and submit the compliance report. 5) Upon six months of disbursement of a grant, each entity received a visit from a compliance officer to ascertain compliance with program expenses and services they need to provide. 6) If the entity has not finished within six months, it can request an extension to complete the project. 7) Extension is evaluated along with the compliance documents and a decision is made
