It has developed and now manages a supported living community in Sonoma, California. This model includes an enrichment program intended to foster both individual choice and community engagement to provide a "life with purpose". As part of this community integration effort, we operate a one acre farm, located right on our campus, and our Sweetwater residents participate in the process. We grow a variety of vegetables, using sustainable practices, all year round. Our residents plant, maintain and harvest our crops and help operate our weekly farm stand. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Finance Committee of the corporation is responsible for the timely preparation and/or supervision of the preparation of the Form 990. The completed Form 990 was provided to the Board of Directors sufficiently in advance of the filing deadline to enable a detailed and conscientious review by all members of the Board of Directors. All questions, concerns, etc. of the members of the Board of Directors was addressed by the CEO/Executive Director and incorporated into the form as appropriate. After all of the input from the Board of Directors was appropriately addressed, senior management of the corporation filed the final Form 990 as required.
