Other significant tax positions include its determination of whether any amounts are subject to unrelated business income tax (UBIT). Management has determined the organization had no activities subject to UBIT in the years ended September 30, 2018 or 2017. All significant tax positions have been considered by management and it has determined that it is more likely than not that all tax positions would be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. The Personnel Committe shall consist of at least three (3) directors selected by the President and at least two (2) staff members selected by the President. Each person selected by the President shall be affirmed or rejected by the Board. It shall be the duty of this committee to perform a review of the personell policies and proceedures and current job descriptions no less than annualy with a full board review of the personnel policies and proceedures no less than every three (3) years. The Investment/Audit Committee shal consist of at least three (3) directors selected by the President. Each pesron slected by the President shall be affirmed or rejected by the Board. It shall be the duty of this committee to perform a review of the independent audit no less than annually and to provide investment summary for the Board at regularly scheduled meetings.
