Currently, over 50 individuals participate in the mentoring program, 10 plus participate in the monthly conference calls, approximately 95 members participated in a "Spiritual Leadership Institute Class" which met 2 days over 11 separate sessions, approximately 119 participated in 20 regional events, over 40 attended the Entrust event for next generation key leaders, and over 80 attended the annual national forum. CEO Forum seeks to encourage, equip and educate its members through monthly devotionals, monthly President's Report, a website with members only content, and through on-going, regular consistent, personal contact via office visits, phone calls, emails, texts, and handwritten notes. During intervals between board meetings, the Executive Committee has been given the authority to exercise the powers of the Board of Directors in the management of the business and affairs of the organization, except for the following: - The dissolution, merger or consolidation of the organization or the sale, lease or exchange of all or substantially all the property or assets of the organization. - The designation of an Executive Committee or any other committee of Directors having power to exercise any of the authority of the Board of Directors in the management of the organization or the filling of vacancies in the Board of Directors or in such committee. - The fixing of compensation of the Directors for serving on the Board or on such committee. - The amendment or repeal of the Bylaws, or the adoption of new Bylaws. - The amendment or repeal of any resolution of the Board of Directors which by its terms shall not be so amendable or repealable. The return was reviewed in detail by the Director of Financial Operations and then sent to the Board for their review before being filed with the IRS. The finance and management teams monitor all transactions. Any potential conflicts of interest identified are brought to the board's attention and the member with a conflict excuses himself from the decision making process. Form 990, Part X, Lines 27 and 29 In accordance with the principles of FASB ASU 2016-14 (ASC 958), the organization has implemented required changes to its audited financial statements for the period ended 12/31/2018.
