Board of Directors had a thorough deliberation (apart from the Executive Director) to decide whether or not there was a conflict of interest involved. The board decided that there was no conflict of interest and that the organization was receiving a fair quote for the proposed services and that the quote was lower than the quote received from other music production companies. The board then voted to approve the proposed contract agreement with Dr3amForever for the creation of original songs for Elevate Your G.A.M.E.'s Mentoring Through Music Project. Through this process if any errors are found, corrections are made and then the 990 is finalized and submitted.
