On a periodic basis, the general ledger and financials are provided to Glynn Williams (accountant by trade). Glynn prepares the 990 before filing. Lisa and Glynn agree that the 990 is ready to file and copies of the returns are emailed to the board for their review. The officers continually monitor transactions and activities to make sure there are no conflicts of interest.
