(1) The Bay Area Capital Connections (BACC) Conference and (2) the Bay Area Entrepreneurship Alliance. To facilitate access to capital and to increase collaboration and coordination in the robust Bay Area entrepreneurship ecosystem, we hold quarterly membership meetings where stakeholders co-create strategy for collective implementation, speed network, and share announcements. We also hold our annual Bay Area Capital Connections (BACC) conference which convenes local diverse entrepreneurs, business support providers and financial support providers to increase the flow of support and capital into local entrepreneurs' hands. The Bay Area Entrepreneurship Alliance makes business support resources more accessible to local, diverse entrepreneurs, tracks entrepreneur progress over time, and coordinates the rich ecosystem of business service providers, networks, funders, and governmental actors engaged in the Bay Area entrepreneurship ecosystem. In December 2017, the Alliance launched a membership program, the Bay Area Entrepreneurship Alliance, and currently has over 250 members. As part of this work, in addition to new public support from member payments, we are in the process of developing two new revenue streams to bring in additional public support, the licensing of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and the development of a Values verification system bringing in additional public support. Building out these additional revenue streams of public support has required investment of time and effort. In the meantime, we offer public services along with public participation in programs in the form of free navigational support, free anonymous feedback delivery services, free navigator training, and broad engagement through a free text hotline service. We also have an Advisory Board comprised of community members in our Bay Area Entrepreneurship Alliance who we request and receive feedback from regarding all programmatic efforts.
