The application process is conducted without regard to race, sex, religion or national origin. Scholarships are awarded by the scholarship committees in conjunction with independent judges and distinguished members of the society based upon academic excellence, commitment to field of study as required and need. Scholarships are paid directly to the schools on behalf of the recipients, no funds are directly paid to individuals. Significant matters before the Executive Board are brought to the Board of Management for approval.
