Pt VI, Line 15b see explanation above. Pt III, Line 3 Over the past 12 years, Alamo City Mercy Foundation (ACMF) partnered with a Kenya based nonprofit organization - Joy Miracle Ministries (JMM). Together, the "Jesus Hobbs House of Hope" (JHHH), an orphanage right outside of Nairobi, Kenya was developed. For a good time period, there was a fruitful relationship as it related to JMM and JHHH. Most of those 12 years ACMF had been pleased with the overall management by JMM of not only the JHHH orphanage institution, but of the children as well. However, items of concern began to arise related to the appropriation of funds by JMM. ACMF attempted repeatedly to address what was deemed to be misappropriation of funds by JMM, but was unable to resolve this concern with the certainty, nor the clarity that was needed. As a result of JMM actions and dishonesty, ACMF lost confidence in JMM's ability to manage and appropriate funds honestly and with integrity. As such, ACMF could no longer partner with JMM due to the past unreliability and present misuse of childrens funds. ACMF was forced to cease sending any more capital funding or any other money to JMM. Pt VI, Line 5 See comments above.
