Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts Movement Strategy Center (MSC) has a multi-level and multi-person review of any potential business relationship or potential employment. MSC actively reviews and/or investigates the potential business relationship/employment to see if that prospect has any relation to a current staff, or Board member.
