OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: The Diversity Project provides training to victim service providers throughout California in order to increase their ability to effectively serve victims of crime in three identified population groups: Immigrant Populations, People of Color, and People with Limited English Proficiency. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: CIR provides high quality training logistical support and delivery to agencies on an individual request basis. Contracts vary in size from a one-day training session to a multi-event series, and/or individualized coaching services. Services typically provide a subject matter expert, coordination of logistics, registration, event management, and follow-up support. Tax forms are completed based on approved fiscal records by the Executive Director and financial services consultant. From time to time, as necessary, the Board also designates a Fiscal Subcommittee to oversee audits required by funding agencies.
