Each has been invited to the ministry's after-release residency program after participation in ministry-led monthly mentoring meetings while still incarcerated. All assistance provided is non-cash and includes food, clothing, shelter, and other support toward their transition back to society. The cost of assistance is tracked and maintained through the use of general ledger accounts established specifically for this purpose. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The return is prepared by the Vice President-Treasurer and reviewed with the Executive Director. The remaining two board members are provided an opportunity to review the return prior to filing. Review is at their discretion. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Various guests are invited to quarterly board meetings. Our financial statements are presented at those meetings. Otherwise, the statements can be made available by request.
