The contribution received in merger included $246,686 in cash, $36,117 in accounts receivable, $10,369 in prepaid expenses, $1,143,076 in property and equipment, and $1,096,469 in publicly traded securities, net of $17,728 in accounts payable, $106,600 in deferred revenue, $264,226 in notes payable, and $46,642 in other liabilities assumed by the Organization. If the Board of Directors has reasonable cause to believe a member has failed to disclose actual or possible conflicts of interest, it shall inform the member of the basis for such belief and afford the member an opportunity to explain the alleged failure to disclose. If necessary, the Board will then take disciplinary and corrective action.
