Part IV, Section A, Line 6: Description Of Grants Or Provided Benefits To Others As described previously for Part I, the Foundation is required by a 1963 settlement with the State of Texas to annually make charitable distributions of 10% of its budget to non-sectarian public charities operating within the State of Texas. Part IV, Section B, Line 1: Explanation Of How Supported Orgs. Managed Actvities Members elect 11 out of the 13 Directors. The other two Directors are the Bishop of the Diocese of Corpus Christi and the Archbishop of the Diocese of San Antonio. There are five Members, two of which must be non-Catholic. Of the three Catholic Members, one must be the Bishop of the Diocese of Corpus Christi. All Members have the same voting rights.
