Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management The Board reviews comparability data for compensation and other factors to determine the compensation of the President/CEO, as well as the compensation approach used by the organization overall. The independent Directors vote to approve such compensation. The supporting data, deliberation, and vote is recorded in Board minutes. The CEO ultimately determines and approves the COO's salary every year.
