The Club's accounting policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain income tax provisions when a liability is probable and estimable. The Club has no uncertain tax positions at December 31, 2019 or 2018. Management is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes. The Club is no longer subject to audits by the IRS for years prior to 2016.
