Patronesses (mothers) and ticktockers (girls) together participate in a 6-year program of philanthropic work, by completing a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service annually with over 20 partner philanthropic organizations. Two signature events are held that recognize chapter accomplishments and also provide leadership development and cultural experiences for members, which help fulfill NCL's goal to develop strong women leaders who serve and impact their communities. 0 30950 Regular philanthropy events and meetings are held to further the organization's mission, develop leadership skills among members, promote community service, and to provide a forum for members to become familiar with the purposes of the organization and philanthropies served. Our organization voted to update our Policies and Procedures to reflect these Bylaw changes, as well as to adjust dues dates for Special Events Fees. These changes take effect for the 2020-21 fiscal year.
