Board members and employees must recuse themselves from any decision or action that has a potential conflict. Any recusals are documented in the meeting minutes. The salary amount is itemized within the budget and is considered reasonable. Governing documents, financial statements (Form 990), and conflict of interest policies are made available upon request. During the Covid-19 remote we got crossed on communications. We weren't in the office and tried remotely to work. We actually mailed in our 990 form on March 12, 2020. A recent letter from the IRS indicated you didn't receive it so we are filing so we are filing electronically.
