<ExplanationTxt>Based on a needs evaluation and as much as possible, the organization makes contributions directly to the service providers on behalf of individuals and organizations. Specifically, for our Clinical Health & Wellness Program, the grant process begins when an application is completed in full, signed, and sent to our care team. During the application process, a Hope For The Warriors care coordinator will speak with the service member or veteran and their veteran's affairs care manager, and will review the submitted document. After these steps have been completed, the care coordinator presents the case to the critical care coordination team for a final decision of approval or denial of funds. A decision will be returned to the service member and/or veteran in less than two weeks from the date the completed application is submitted.</ExplanationTxt>
