The organization initially filed a request for extension for the 7/19 - 6/20 tax year and received approval from the IRS. Subsequently, a letter from the IRS to the organization was received in August 2021 stating that the extension was not approved. The organization is filing now as instructed by the letter. Any consideration would be greatly appreciated.
