Board review procedures for Form 990: Senior management of the organization is responsible for the timely preparation of the Form 990. The completed Form 990 will be provided to the Finance Committee of the Board immediately after the filing deadline (given the scheduled board meeting date) to enable a detailed and conscientious review by all members of the committee. The review and recommendation is documented and submitted to the Board of Directors. The Board then discusses the recommendation and decides on the compensation annually.
