The organization shall annually contribute a maximum of $30,000 and $10,000 towards the Reward Bonus Plan for Kosovich and Schmitz, respectively. Once accepted into the program, the staff assists clients with administering their medications and with housing needs, appointments and making sure they are seen by providers for Mental Health Issues. Form 990, Part III, line 3 Freedom House was opened and closed again in 2020. They were open from 1/9/20 thru 7/10/20. If there is a conflict, the board member is disqualified from voting on the subject matter that gives rise to a conflict. Any employee conflicts are addressed by the CEO.
