No quantity of books were actually printed, so there is no inventory. The Foundation receives a small commission for each book sold. The purpose of the book is educational, not for profit. It is unlikely enough books will ever be sold to recover the publishing fee, therefore no inventory is on hand and no prepaid expense is reflected as an asset.
