Children's Dental Clinic. This school based clinic provided a full range of dental services to elementary school children who had no access to care. More than 3200 kids received 14,000 treatments. The Clinic was a joint effort of Philos Health, the Philippines Department of Education and local NGOs 0 43350 Feeding program for pandemic relief. Philos provided food assistance to 900+ families addressing hunger resulting from persons being out of work due to the pandemic. These families received more than 15 tons of food. 0 21048 Pandemic supplies were provided in the form of PPE to health care workers and masks were provided to those in need within the general public. 0 12300 Philos Health operated a Community Radio Station in Jagna, Philippines that operated 7 days a week providing health education, news, community service, education and other programming. The station was operated by trained volunteers as a community service. Philos paid for insulin for a young boy whose diabetes was out of control. We also paid for neonatal intensive care and follow up medical services for a baby who was born immature and would have otherwise died. Special medicine was provided for 2 patients with unique needs Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 1. Supplies for operation of all programs. These include medical, dental equipment and office. They also included pandemic supplies including PPE and special food assistance for more than 1000 families of 15 tons of food. 2800 pounds of medical and dental supplies were provided. 2. Program operations include supplies, equipment and minor expenses for the Community Radio Station of Jagna 3. Philos supported the operation of a children's dental clinic providing direct support through a local non profit that operated the clinic on a daily basis.
